Join our international team in Barcelona and help businesses grow through data-driven advertising strategies. As a Sales & Marketing Consultant, you'll advise clients, optimize PPC campaigns, and strengthen long-term relationships in the German market.

What You'll Do

• Onboard and guide new clients through the digital advertising journey.

• Design and optimize PPC campaigns with measurable results.

• Promote services via outbound calls and identify upselling opportunities.

• Analyse data to drive performance and manage client interactions using CRM tools.

• Leverage AI-driven insights to improve outreach and client engagement.

What Were Looking For

• Fluent in German (at least C1) and proficient in English.

• Bachelors degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business).

• Around 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with German business culture and GDPR compliance

• A proactive attitude, curiosity, and passion for digital marketing.
