What You'll Do

• Develop and implement optimization strategies for high-value ad campaigns

• Build campaign structures, keyword packs, bids, and budget recommendations

• Analyse account-level and campaign-level performance to identify opportunities

• Create clear, data-driven reports to support optimization tactics

• Work across Search, GSN, Mobile, and YouTube to meet client goals

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities

• Follow internal processes and ensure an excellent experience for Account Leads

• Spot operational improvements and bring forward innovative ideas

What You Bring

• Fluent German (B2/C1) + strong English

• Experience in digital marketing, account management, or client service

• Google Ads experience is mandatory

• Comfort working in B2B environments and using digital advertising tools

• Sharp analytical thinking and strong attention to detail

• A proactive work ethic and ability to perform independently or in a team

• Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to absorb complex information quickly
