Your Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Handle incoming user requests via phone, email, and chat, logging all interactions in the CRM

  • Provide timely responses and resolutions within service level agreements

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by actively updating customers on progress

  • Support sales goals by identifying upsell opportunities while delivering excellent service

  • Log and follow up on orders or requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Your Profile

  • Native German speaker with English B2 proficiency

  • Previous experience in customer support or contact centers is mandatory

  • Experience in sales is a plus

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

  • Calm and professional under pressure
