Job Overview
We are seeking an articulate and customer-focused Italian Customer Care Agent to join our remote team based in Greece. This role is crucial for maintaining excellent relationships with our Italian-speaking customer base by providing proactive and accurate support related to our specialized products and corporate information.
Core Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will center on delivering high-quality customer interactions across all digital and voice channels:
- Bilingual Interaction: Handle incoming and outgoing communications (calls, emails, chat) with customers, using fluent Italian as the primary language and professional English when needed.
- Information Dissemination: Supply comprehensive and precise details regarding products, order tracking, regulatory guidelines, and company procedures.
- Issue Management: Efficiently identify, document, and resolve customer issues and complaints, adhering to predefined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Record Keeping: Ensure all customer contacts and resolutions are accurately logged and categorized in the company's designated systems.
- Adherence: Operate strictly within the regulatory framework of the tobacco industry and maintain the highest standards of service quality.
Compensation and Perks
- Salary: The position offers a competitive gross salary of €1100 per month, disbursed 14 times annually, totaling €15,400 per year.

Work Details
- Location: Fully remote work arrangement within Greece.
- Hours: You must be available to work 8-hour rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 weekly schedule (Monday-Sunday), which includes evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Start Date: January 8, 2026
Essential Hiring Criteria
- Language Mastery: Exceptional fluency in both written and spoken Italian, along with a functional professional level of English (minimum B2).
- Legal Status in Greece: Must possess valid documentation confirming the right to work remotely in Greece:
- EU Citizenship.
- A valid Refugee Card.
- A valid Residency Card (with at least one year remaining validity).
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work the rotating 24/7 shift pattern.
Prior Experience (Preferred but Not Required)
- Previous employment in a customer service, technical support, or contact center role.
- Experience successfully working in a remote capacity.
