German-Speaking Content Moderator: Opportunity in Porto

We're recruiting for a crucial, on-site role in Porto, Portugal, seeking individuals with native-level German fluency to join our Content Moderation team. This position involves ensuring a safe online environment for users by reviewing user-generated content for policy violations.

Job Details and Requirements

• Role Focus: You will meticulously review content (text, video, images) from the German market and make accurate, high-volume decisions regarding compliance with platform rules.
• Essential Skills: You must be completely fluent in German and possess strong working proficiency in English (minimum B2) for training and internal communication.
• Experience: While previous experience in content moderation is helpful, it is not mandatory. We provide full, paid training.
• Location: This is a 100% on-site position in our Porto office. All necessary equipment is supplied.

Work Schedule and Benefits

• Shifts: This role requires flexibility to work a 24/7 rotative schedule across all days (Monday to Sunday).
  Shifts include early mornings (07:00–16:00), afternoons (14:00–23:00), and overnights (22:30–07:30).
