Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, fluent French speaker to join our Lisbon-based international operations team as a Customer Support Specialist. This on-site role is crucial for delivering high-quality service and resolving issues for our French-speaking customer base. While prior experience is beneficial, comprehensive training is provided, making this an excellent entry point for motivated individuals.

Core Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidate will be tasked with managing customer communication across multiple channels (phone, email, and chat) primarily in French. Key duties involve quickly diagnosing and troubleshooting customer challenges, providing accurate solutions, and achieving high customer satisfaction scores. You will be responsible for meticulous recording of interactions in our database and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service excellence.

Essential Requirements

  • Bilingual Fluency: Mandatory C1 level proficiency in both French and English.
  • Start Date: Must be available to commence employment on January 8, 2026.
  • Eligibility: Applicants must hold valid documentation permitting work in Portugal: an EU/EEA Citizenship, a Refugee Card, or a Residency Card (with validity exceeding one year).

Work Environment and Schedule

This position is based full-time in our Lisbon office. Due to the nature of global support, the role requires flexibility to work on a rotational 24/7 shift pattern, which includes weekends and scheduled night shifts. You will receive two consecutive, rotating days off each week.

Remuneration and Perks
