About the Role

As a German-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clientele, providing exceptional service and support. This is a crucial role where you will use your communication skills daily to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in German and English.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding products, services, or accounts efficiently and accurately.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions clearly in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and commitment to service excellence.

What We Are Looking For (Must-Haves)

  • Language Proficiency:

    • Fluent/Native German (C1/C2 level) is essential.
    • Fluent English (minimum B2 level) for internal communication and documentation.
  • Work Eligibility: You must hold one of the following valid documents:

    • Valid Residency Card (valid for more than one year).
    • EU/EEA Citizenship.
    • Refugee Card.
  • On-Site Commitment: Ability to work on-site in our Lisbon office.

What Makes You a Great Fit (Good to Have)

  • Prior experience in a Customer Service, Call Center, or BPO environment is a plus, but not a requirement. We provide comprehensive training!
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work.

Work Schedule and Compensation

  • Shifts: Rotative shifts, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 06:00 and 22:00.
  • Days Off: Saturday and Sunday.
  • Commute Support: We recognize the challenge of early shifts and will provide an Uber allowance of up to €25.00 for your commute to start the 06:00 shift.
  • Equipment: All necessary work equipment will be provided by the company.
