Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Dutch-Speaking Travel Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their travel journey.

  • Customer Communication: Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding their travel bookings and inquiries.
  • Booking Management: Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, amendments, and general questions related to flights, hotels, and travel packages.
  • Issue Resolution: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve travel-related issues, complaints, and technical queries using system tools and support documents.
  • Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the travel products, services, and policies to offer informed advice and solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Language Skills: Fluent (C1 level or higher) in both Dutch and English (written and verbal communication).
  • Eligibility: Must possess one of the following valid documents for working in Greece:

    • EU/EEA Citizenship (Passport or National ID).
    • Residence Card with Full Market Access to the Greek labour market.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid computer literacy and comfortable with technology (e.g., handling multiple applications, quick typing).

Good to Have

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly within the travel, hospitality, or customer service industries, is a strong advantage but not mandatory. Full training will be provided.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, a strong customer-first mindset, and the ability to remain calm and positive under pressure.

Work Details

  • Location: Athens, Greece.
  • Employment Type: Full-time.
  • Working Hours: Rotative shifts covering hours from Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 00:00 (Midnight). You must be flexible to work various shifts within this window.
  • Start Date: 23rd of January 2026.
