As a Dutch Content Moderator, you will play a key role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for users of a popular social media platform. You’ll be responsible for reviewing and filtering content, making the platform a better place for everyone.

Purpose of the Role:
In this role, you’ll help maintain the quality and integrity of content on the platform by enforcing community standards. You’ll be part of a larger team that directly impacts user experiences by moderating content to ensure it aligns with the platform’s guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines.
• Filter inappropriate or harmful material to maintain a safe environment for users.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide feedback and improve processes.

Requirements:

• Native level of Dutch (C2) and advanced English proficiency.
• Comfortable with PC tools like Office 365, CRM databases, and internal platforms.
• Goal-oriented, self-assertive, and knowledgeable about current cultural, political, and social events.
• Affinity for social media platforms and an understanding of their impact.
• Experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar roles is highly valued.
• Availability to work both in-office and remotely (within 100km of the office).
• Completion of mandatory studies (ESO or High School equivalent). Higher education is a plus.
