Position Details
Position: Spanish Customer Support Agent
Location: Greece
Work Model: Work From Home (within Greece)
Work Hours: 10:00 – 22:00 (5 days a week, 8 hours a day)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, including weekends (rotational)
Training Duration: 14 days
Starting Date: 3 March

About the Role
As a Spanish Customer Support Agent for JTI, you will assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries related to products, services, and consumer care. You will be part of an international team, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while representing a globally recognized brand.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with product and service-related queries
- Provide accurate information regarding consumer inquiries and support requests
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a high standard of service
- Work according to rotational schedules, including weekends
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish (C1 minimum) and good command of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work rotational shifts (including weekends)
- EU citizenship or valid right to work in Greece
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: €1,100 gross/month x 14 months
- Productivity bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary (subject to target achievement)
- Relocation package included
- Relocation bonus:
- €300 gross after 3 months of employment (one-time payment)
- €500 gross after 9 months of employment (one-time payment)
- Salary increase after 36 months: €1,150 gross/month
- Full-time position: 40h/week (Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday)
