Working Schedule

Initial Phase (12-hour coverage):

  • Monday to Sunday: 07:00 – 19:00
  • Shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 or 10:00 – 19:00
  • 2 rotational days off

Future Phase (TBC by client):

  • 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
  • 2 rotational days off

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Customer Support Specialist to support advertisers using Global Social Media Advertising Platform. In this role, you will assist French-speaking clients with paid campaign management, optimization inquiries, and platform-related questions while delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to advertisers via phone, email, and/or chat in French and English
  • Support clients with paid campaign management and basic optimization inquiries
  • Assist advertisers in understanding campaign setup, performance, and best practices
  • Troubleshoot platform-related and campaign-related issues
  • Analyze campaign data and provide performance-oriented guidance
  • Ensure accurate case documentation and follow internal policies and procedures
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and technical teams

Mandatory Requirements

  • Experience in paid campaign management (mandatory)
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing
  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Tech company
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent French and good command of English
  • Please note that an EU passport/nationality or a valid work permit for Portugal is required to be eligible for this role. 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €985 (paid over 14 months)
  • Complexity Allowance: €80 (paid over 11 months)
  • Meal Allowance: 7.63 € per day
