About the Role

As a Customer & Technical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding support experience by resolving technical issues and strengthening customer trust in the brand. You will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams.

What Youll Do

  • Handle customer and technical inquiries via phone and email
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and creatively
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Rebuild customer confidence through clear communication and effective solutions
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations
  • Act as a central point of coordination within internal teams

What Youll Need

  • Native-level French (spoken and written)
  • English proficiency at B2 level โ€“ mandatory
  • Strong customer focus with confident decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and argumentation abilities
  • Ability to solve technical issues creatively
  • Capability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office tools
