- Monday to Sunday
- Rotative shifts between 08:00 – 23:00
- Days Off: 2 rotational days
Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support users of a digital mobile application operating in the French market. You will handle customer inquiries related to account usage, transactions, and general app support, ensuring a high-quality user experience in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via chat, email, and/or phone in Flemish and English
- Assist users with account setup, verification, and profile management
- Support inquiries related to payments, transactions, and app functionality
- Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues and deliver effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and platform policies
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
- Meet defined KPIs, quality standards, and SLAs
Mandatory Requirements:
- Fluent Flemish and advanced English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in rotative shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working in an on-site work environment in Lisbon
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in digital platforms, fintech, gaming, or online services
- Experience in a contact center or customer support role
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 1,500€ (paid over 14 months)
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 € per day
- Health Insurance: since day 1 (free after 6 months of contract.)
