Legal Operations Analyst (German-speaking)

We are currently hiring a German-speaking Legal Operations Analyst to join a global project based in Lisbon. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals interested in legal processes, compliance, and content quality within a structured, back-office environment.

Role Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing legal-related content such as fraud reports and copyright claims. You will ensure that all content complies with internal policies and platform guidelines.

This is a non-customer-facing role, offering a stable weekday schedule and a structured workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate legal content (e.g., fraud, copyright, compliance cases)
• Ensure adherence to platform policies and legal standards
• Identify and escalate potential risks or inconsistencies
• Work with internal tools and follow defined processes
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in German 
• Good command of English (B2 level)
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to work with structured, repetitive tasks
• Interest in legal, compliance, or operational roles
• Open to working on-site in Lisbon
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €15,260/year
• Language Bonus: €3,240/year
• Transportation Bonus: €720/year
• Performance Bonus: up to 5% of base salary
• Meal Allowance: €7.63/day (net)

Total Estimated Package: €21,000+ annually
