Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday
  • Rotative shifts between 08:00 – 23:00
  • Days Off: 2 rotational days

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative for an App, you will provide high-quality support to users in the French market. You will assist customers with account-related inquiries, app usage, transactions, and general support, ensuring a smooth and compliant user experience within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or phone in Dutch and English
  • Support users with account registration, verification, and profile management
  • Assist with questions related to bets, payments, bonuses, and promotions
  • Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues and provide clear solutions
  • Ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies and internal procedures
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Meet defined quality standards, KPIs, and SLAs

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Fluent Dutch and advanced English
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in rotative shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Comfortable working in an on-site environment in Lisbon

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in betting, gaming, fintech, or regulated industries
  • Experience in a contact center or customer support role
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 1,100€ (paid over 14 months)
  • Complexity Bonus: 80€ (paid over 11 months)
  • Meal Allowance: 7.63 € per day
  • Health Insurance: since day 1 (free after 6 months of contract.)
