Working Schedule
Initial Phase (12-hour coverage):
- Monday to Sunday: 07:00 – 19:00
- Shifts:
- 07:00 – 16:00
- 10:00 – 19:00
- 2 rotational days off
Future Phase (TBC by the client):
- 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
- 2 rotational days off
Role Overview
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to support advertisers using a leading global social media advertising platform. In this role, you will assist business clients with paid advertising campaigns, platform-related inquiries, and basic optimization support while delivering a high level of customer service in a contact center environment.
This position combines digital marketing knowledge, paid campaign support, and customer service within a fast-paced AdTech project.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to advertisers via phone, email, and/or chat in Spanish and English
- Support clients with paid campaign setup, management, and basic optimization
- Troubleshoot issues related to advertising tools, billing, delivery, and performance
- Educate advertisers on platform features, best practices, and digital advertising fundamentals
- Apply internal policies and procedures to resolve cases accurately
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM and ticketing systems
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs
- Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and technical teams
Mandatory Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and good command of English
- Hands-on experience with paid campaign management (mandatory)
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Technology company
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising basics
- Customer service–oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work rotational shifts, including weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: €880 (paid over 14 months)
- Complexity Allowance: €80 (paid over 11 months)
