Working Schedule

Initial Phase (12-hour coverage):

  • Monday to Sunday: 07:00 – 19:00
  • Shifts:
    • 07:00 – 16:00
    • 10:00 – 19:00
  • 2 rotational days off

Future Phase (TBC by the client):

  • 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
  • 2 rotational days off

Role Overview

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to support advertisers using a leading global social media advertising platform. In this role, you will assist business clients with paid advertising campaigns, platform-related inquiries, and basic optimization support while delivering a high level of customer service in a contact center environment.

This position combines digital marketing knowledge, paid campaign support, and customer service within a fast-paced AdTech project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to advertisers via phone, email, and/or chat in Spanish and English
  • Support clients with paid campaign setup, management, and basic optimization
  • Troubleshoot issues related to advertising tools, billing, delivery, and performance
  • Educate advertisers on platform features, best practices, and digital advertising fundamentals
  • Apply internal policies and procedures to resolve cases accurately
  • Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM and ticketing systems
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and technical teams

Mandatory Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish and good command of English
  • Hands-on experience with paid campaign management (mandatory)
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing
  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Technology company
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising basics
  • Customer service–oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work rotational shifts, including weekends

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €880 (paid over 14 months)
  • Complexity Allowance: €80 (paid over 11 months)
