Are you passionate about digital marketing, data analysis, and advertising performance? Join our team in Lisbon as a Marketing Optimization Ads Specialist, where you will help high-value clients maximize results across Google Ads and social media campaigns.

In this role, you will work with advanced optimization techniques, analyze data to drive strategic decisions, and support continuous improvement of campaign performance across search, mobile, display, and YouTube.

️ Key Responsibilities

  • Implement optimization solutions across Google Ads and social media platforms.
  • Create keyword packs, bidding strategies, and budget recommendations.
  • Develop expertise across Google products: GSN, Mobile, YouTube, Display, etc.
  • Analyze campaign data to generate insights and improve ROI.
  • Identify performance trends and propose strategic adjustments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in ad optimization (Google, Facebook, TikTok, or similar).

  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel.

  • Solid understanding of KPIs and digital marketing performance metrics.

  • Fluency in German (C1+) and good command of English.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Package

  • Base Salary: 23,000 per year

  • Language Premium: 3,240 yearly

  • Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day (meal card)

  • Transportation Bonus: 720 per year

  • Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of annual base salary

  • Health & Life Insurance (family coverage included)

Contract

  • Permanent contract after a 180-day probation period

️ Relocation Support

For candidates moving from outside Mainland Portugal:

  • 2,500 relocation bonus (paid in the first payroll cycle)

  • Assistance with finding accommodation based on your preferences

  • Bureaucratic support with NIF & NISS setup (tax & social security)

Within Portugal (more than 100 km from Lisbon):

  • 1,500 gross relocation support
