About the Role

As a Content Moderator for Social Media, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content for the French market, ensuring a safe and compliant online environment. You will apply platform policies and community standards while maintaining high quality and performance levels aligned with client KPIs.

What You'll Do

  • Review and moderate high volumes of online content for social media platforms targeting the French market
  • Ensure all user-generated content complies with client policies and community guidelines
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of moderation policies and standards
  • Apply best practices to consistently meet and exceed client KPIs
  • Identify trends and use acquired knowledge to propose internal and external improvement ideas
  • Maintain objectivity while reviewing sensitive or challenging content

What Youll Need

  • Native-level French (written and verbal) โ€“ mandatory
  • English proficiency at B2 level โ€“ mandatory
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new policies and tools
  • Strong judgment skills and the ability to separate personal beliefs from moderation decisions
  • Positive attitude, motivation, and resilience
  • Experience working with high volumes of online content (preferred)
  • Availability to work 24/7 rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday โ€“ mandatory
