Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday – Rotative shifts
• Shift hours:
• 08:00 – 22:00 (Summertime)
• 07:00 – 21:00 (Wintertime)
• 2 days off per week (rotational)

Role Overview

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international project in Porto. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat in French
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions
• Follow internal procedures and quality standards
• Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is required

Requirements

• Fluent French (spoken and written)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in rotative shifts, including weekends
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
• Please note that an EU passport/nationality or a valid work permit for Portugal is required to be eligible for this role.

• Base Salary: €1,000 (paid over 14 months)
