Working Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (rotational shifts)
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
- Days Off: 2 rotational days
Role Overview:
As a Search Engine / Technical Customer Service Representative, you will support users with technical and product-related inquiries related to search engine services and digital tools. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat in Dutch and English
- Assist users with technical issues, account access, and platform functionality
- Support inquiries related to search engine tools, settings, and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems following established procedures
- Identify root causes and escalate complex technical issues when necessary
- Ensure accurate documentation of cases in internal systems
- Meet defined KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards
Mandatory Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch and advanced English
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical guidelines
- Comfortable working in an on-site environment in Lisbon
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or digital platforms
- Familiarity with search engines, online tools, or digital advertising platforms
- Experience in a contact center or BPO environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 1,100€ (paid over 14 months)
- Performance Bonus: 135€ (paid over 14 months)
- Complexity Bonus: 120€ (paid over 11 months)
