Working Schedule

Role Overview

• We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international insurance project in Lisbon. In this role, you will support German-speaking customers by handling inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and general account support while ensuring a high level of service quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat in German and English
• Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries, policy information, and basic claims support
• Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems
• Follow internal guidelines, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering clear and professional communication
• Meet individual and team KPIs related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases when needed

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1 or native level)
• Good command of English for internal communication
• Previous experience in customer service (insurance experience is a plus, not mandatory)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts within business hours
• Attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 1,100 € (paid over 14 months)
• Performance Bonus: 100 € (paid over 12 months)
• Complexity Allowance: 100 € (paid over 11 months)
• Meal Allowance: 7.63 € per day
• Health Insurance: since day 1 (free after 6 months of contract.)
