About the Opportunity

We are looking for a German-speaking Marketing Optimization Ads Specialist to join a dynamic digital marketing team in Lisbon.

In this role, you will work with high-value clients, supporting and optimizing their Google Ads and social media campaigns. You will play a key role in improving campaign performance, maximizing ROI, and driving measurable business growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Implement optimization strategies for digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads & social media platforms)

• Create keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget recommendations

• Optimize campaigns across Google products (Search Network, Mobile, YouTube)

• Analyze performance data and identify trends to improve results

• Deliver data-backed recommendations to maximize campaign ROI

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 12 months of experience in ad optimization (Google Ads and GNS, Facebook, TikTok, or similar platforms)

• Strong analytical mindset with good Excel skills

• Solid understanding of KPIs and digital marketing performance metrics

• Fluent German (C1 minimum) + good English level

• Results-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive approach

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €23,000 per year

• Language Premium Bonus: €3,240 per year

• Yearly Performance Bonus: 5% of annual base salary

• Meal Allowance: €7.63 per workday (meal card)

• Transportation Allowance: €720 per year

• Health & Life Insurance (including family coverage)

• Permanent Contract (180-day probation period)

Relocation Support

For candidates relocating to Lisbon:

• €2,500 relocation bonus (outside Continental Portugal) 

• €1,500 gross support for candidates relocating within Portugal (100km+from Lisbon)

• Assistance with accommodation search

• Support with NIF & NISS (tax and social security numbers)
