Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days remote)

Role Purpose

As a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing advertising campaigns for high-value clients across Google Ads and social media platforms. The role focuses on improving campaign efficiency through data-driven decisions, keyword planning, and smart budget allocation to maximize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute optimization strategies for digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social channels
• Create keyword structures, bidding strategies, and budget recommendations
• Build advanced expertise in Google ecosystems including Search Network, Mobile, and YouTube advertising
• Interpret performance data to generate actionable insights and campaign improvements

Requirements

• At least 12 months of hands-on experience in online ad optimization (Google, Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms)
• Strong analytical thinking with solid Excel skills
• Understanding of marketing KPIs and campaign performance metrics
• German fluency (minimum C1) and good command of English

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: €23,000 per year
• Language premium: €3,240 annually
• Meal allowance: €7.63 per workday (meal card)
• Transportation allowance: €720 per year
• Performance bonus: 5% of annual base salary

• Permanent contract (180-day probation)

Relocation Support

• For candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal: €2,500 relocation bonus (paid in first payroll cycle), €1,500 gross support for candidates relocating from 100km+ within Portugal
• Assistance with housing search
• Support with NIF & NISS administrative procedures
