We are currently looking for Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international team supporting customers in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
This is a remote role based in Greece, with a relocation package available for candidates moving to Athens.
About the Role
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers, delivering high-quality service and ensuring an excellent customer experience across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams
Requirements

Fluent Portuguese (C1/C2) and good command of English

Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset

Ability to work remotely from within Greece

Availability to work Monday to Friday, 11:00–20:00
Compensation & Benefits

Gross Salary: €1,045.72/month (paid over 14 salaries)

Productivity Bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary

Salary progression:

After 12 months: €1,100 gross/month (14 salaries)

After 36 months: €1,150 gross/month (14 salaries)
