We are currently looking for Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international team supporting customers in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

This is a remote role based in Greece, with a relocation package available for candidates moving to Athens.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers, delivering high-quality service and ensuring an excellent customer experience across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

  • Meet productivity and performance targets

  • Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Fluent Portuguese (C1/C2) and good command of English

  • Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work remotely from within Greece

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 11:00–20:00

Compensation & Benefits

  • Gross Salary: €1,045.72/month (paid over 14 salaries)

  • Productivity Bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary

  • Salary progression:

    • After 12 months: €1,100 gross/month (14 salaries)

    • After 36 months: €1,150 gross/month (14 salaries)

Relocation Package (Athens-based support)

  • 2 weeks of hotel accommodation

  • Flight ticket (within the EU)

  • Airport pickup

  • Real estate agency fee covered
