Sales Rep CSAM - German + English Speaking

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative with Customer Success Account Management (CSAM) experience to join our Athens team. This role requires fluency in both German and English to serve our diverse client base.

Key Requirements

• MUST HAVE: Account Management Experience
• Languages: Fluent German + English
• Work Authorization: EU citizenship OR Residence card with Full Market Access only
• Availability: Monday to Friday, flexible shift options

Working Hours

• Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
• Shift Options:
  • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits Package

Salary

• Base: 1,760 × 14 payments annually
• Structure: 12 monthly salaries + 1 Easter bonus + 1 split between Summer & Christmas
