Job Summary:
As an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the brand ambassador, ensuring customer loyalty through direct contact via inbound/outbound calls and back-office projects. Your role involves understanding and solving customer needs, providing high levels of customer orientation, and developing productive customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and provide solutions for orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
- Offer information about fashion products and assist with service-related questions.
- Escalate and reroute issues to other departments as necessary.
- Provide high-level advice and updated help guides to meet customer needs.
- Ensure a competent and friendly customer service experience in Italian and English.
Language Requirements:
- Italian: Proficiency required.
- English: Proficiency required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide information effectively.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
Shift Schedule:
- 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern.
- Working hours from 07:00 am to 21:00 pm, extending to 22:00 pm during peak seasons.
- Rotating shifts with an 8-hour workday and an additional hour for lunch.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 1,039 gross monthly with room (includes rent and utilities) or 760 gross monthly without room.
- Meal Allowance: 7 per worked day.
- Holiday and Christmas Bonuses: Paid monthly as a percentage of the base salary.
- Private Health Insurance: Available after contract signature.
- Training Compensation: 92.80 weekly during the training period.
Work Environment:
- Located in Lisbon, Portugal, with modern office facilities.
- Access to public transport including metro, bus, and train stations nearby.
Recruitment Process:
- Training Period: 10 working days in English, covering integration, product training, and customer management.
- Contract Signing: Upon successful completion of training, leading to employment contract initiation.

- Valid identification (passport or ID card).
- Work permit or residence card (if applicable).
- Academic diploma/certificates.
- Recent criminal record certificate.
- Bank details (IBAN and SWIFT).
- Last payslip from the previous employer.
- Proof of residence (if residing in Portugal).
