This role involves 95% email and chat-based support, ensuring timely and accurate solutions to customer queries and issues.

Location: Bulgaria

Work Schedule

Operating hours: Monday to Sunday

Flexible shift options:

Morning Shifts: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Late Shifts: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM

Night Shifts: 5:00 PM 2:00 AM

Part-time roles available for students or those with other commitments.

Your Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.

Provide accurate solutions and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

What Were Looking For

Languages: Native/fluent German + English (B2 level or higher).

Education: Open to full-time professionals, students, and part-time workers.

Technical skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Word.

Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Salary & Benefits

First Month

Gross Salary: 3800 BGN

Sign-On Bonus: 2000 BGN (for hires joining March 10th or April 14th).

After 6 Months

Gross Salary: 3800 BGN

Additional Benefits:

Night Shifts Premium: Extra payment for night shift hours.

Transport Allowance: Provided for late-night shifts.

Relocation Reimbursement: Up to 490 BGN after 6 months.
