Web Product Implementation Specialist (Italian Market) - Lisbon
About the Role
Were seeking a talented Implementation Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, supporting EMEA-based clients with high-profile technical implementations. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with advertisers and internal teams via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, video conferences)
- Perform and verify web-based product implementations
- Provide guidance and training to customers on product usage
- Deliver exceptional service quality, exceeding client expectations
- Support critical program implementations
Training Program
- 8-week comprehensive training program:
- 5 weeks of product training
- 3 weeks of practical training
- 8 hours daily (start times between 08:30-09:30)
- Conducted in English
- Includes software training, product knowledge, and customer management skills
Working Conditions
- Location: Lisbon (Expo area)
- Hours: 40-hour week (8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00-22:00 (rotational shifts)
- Holidays: Portuguese public holidays (compensation days for holiday work)
- Vacation: Up to 20 days in first year, 22 days thereafter
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: 1,039.33/month
- Christmas Allowance: 86.61/month
- Holiday Allowance: 86.61/month
- Meal Allowance: 154.00/month (7/working day)
- Total Monthly Package: 1,366.55

Contract Details
