Key Responsibilities:
- High-Quality Support: Provide support to French-speaking clients with technical website issues.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve problems related to website setup, configuration, and functionality.
- Customer Guidance: Walk customers through technical processes to ensure they can effectively utilize website features.
- Documentation: Log customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Problem Escalation: Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
- Data Protection: Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection standards.
- Feedback: Provide insights on recurring issues and suggestions for improving customer experience.
- Multi-tasking: Effectively manage multiple queries during high-demand periods.
- Collaboration: Work with colleagues to improve service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in French: C2 level or higher.
- Intermediate English Proficiency: (B2 or higher preferred).
- Prior Experience: Customer service or technical support experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach.
- Technical Aptitude: Eagerness to learn and resolve website-related issues.
