Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide timely solutions to customer issues
  • Document and track all customer interactions
  • Process customer requests efficiently
  • Maintain high service quality standards

Requirements

  • Native/Fluent Dutch speaker
  • Good command of English (B2 level preferred)
  • Customer service orientation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities

Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
  • Hours: 08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time)
  • Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day

Compensation Package

  • Base salary: 1,100 x 14 months
  • Performance bonus: 100 x 12 months
  • Meal allowance: 100 x 12 months
  • Holiday and Christmas bonuses
  • Health insurance from day one

Additional Benefits

  • 20 days paid training (in English)
  • Training allowance: 92.80 (gross)
  • Relocation support with furnished accommodation (14 months)*
  • Daily allowance: 18.56 (gross)

*Relocation support available for candidates moving from >100km away

Contract Details

  • 1-year contract
  • 1-month trial period
  • On-site position in Lisbon
