About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide timely solutions to customer issues
- Document and track all customer interactions
- Process customer requests efficiently
- Maintain high service quality standards
Requirements
- Native/Fluent Dutch speaker
- Good command of English (B2 level preferred)
- Customer service orientation
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
Schedule
- Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
- Hours: 08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time)
- Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day
Compensation Package
- Base salary: 1,100 x 14 months
- Performance bonus: 100 x 12 months
- Meal allowance: 100 x 12 months
- Holiday and Christmas bonuses
- Health insurance from day one
Additional Benefits
- 20 days paid training (in English)
- Training allowance: 92.80 (gross)
- Relocation support with furnished accommodation (14 months)*
- Daily allowance: 18.56 (gross)
*Relocation support available for candidates moving from >100km away
Contract Details
- 1-year contract
- 1-month trial period
- On-site position in Lisbon
