Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Process orders and coordinate product shipments
  • Collect and manage customer documentation
  • Provide efficient resolution to customer service issues

Requirements

  • Native/Fluent Italian
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Work Environment

  • 40 hours/week (8 hours/day)
  • Rotational shifts for 24/7 coverage
  • 1-hour lunch break
  • 20-22 annual vacation days
  • Portuguese public holidays

Comprehensive Package

  • Base salary: 760/month
  • Total monthly compensation: 1,240.66 (including allowances)
  • Daily allowance: 18.56 (gross)
  • Holiday and Christmas bonuses
  • Health insurance from day one

Relocation Benefits

  • Furnished accommodation for 14 months (if relocating >100km)

Training

  • 20 working days paid training (in English)
