Key Responsibilities

  • Handle pre-sales inquiries and technical support
  • Provide customer assistance via phone, email, chat, and social channels
  • Manage and document customer cases
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Collaborate with technical teams
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience

Requirements

  • Native/Fluent French + English B2 level
  • Customer support experience preferred
  • Technical troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (including bank holidays)
  • Rotational shifts between 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
  • Weekends off

Package

  • Base salary: 895 x 14 months
  • Performance bonus: 100 x 12 months
  • Daily meal allowance: 7.23 (net)
  • Health insurance (after 6 months)

Relocation Benefits

  • Flight ticket reimbursement (after 6 months)
  • Accommodation support: 280/month room (deducted from salary)
  • Located in Oriente area, Lisbon

Contract Details

  • 6-month initial contract (CDD)
  • On-site work arrangement
  • Total annual income: 15,638
