About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle pre-sales inquiries and technical support
- Provide customer assistance via phone, email, chat, and social channels
- Manage and document customer cases
- Escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with technical teams
- Ensure high-quality customer experience
Requirements
- Native/Fluent French + English B2 level
- Customer support experience preferred
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Problem-solving mindset
Schedule
- Monday to Friday (including bank holidays)
- Rotational shifts between 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
- Weekends off
Package
- Base salary: 895 x 14 months
- Performance bonus: 100 x 12 months
- Daily meal allowance: 7.23 (net)
- Health insurance (after 6 months)
Relocation Benefits
- Flight ticket reimbursement (after 6 months)
- Accommodation support: 280/month room (deducted from salary)
- Located in Oriente area, Lisbon
Contract Details
- 6-month initial contract (CDD)
- On-site work arrangement
- Total annual income: 15,638
