Customer Service Advisor (German-speaking)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

About the Role

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team in Lisbon. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while providing exceptional customer support in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support and general inquiries assistance
• Handle technical troubleshooting via multiple channels (phone/email/chat/social media)
• Adapt brand voice across various communication channels
• Manage customer escalations appropriately
• Document and maintain accurate case information
• Deliver exceptional customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Native German speaker
• English proficiency (B2 level minimum)
• Technical customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Adaptability to different communication channels

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 8 PM
• Saturday to Sunday: 8 AM to 5 PM
• Flexible shift rotation within these hours

Compensation Package

• Base salary: 1,100 per month (14 payments per year)
• Total annual salary: 18,460
• Performance bonus: 120 (12 months)
• Complexity bonus: 135
• Meal allowance: 7.23 per day (net)
