Position: Sales Representative (CSAM)

Languages Required: Fluent in Spanish and English

Location: Athens, Greece (Hybrid Work Model)

Start Date: 5th May 2025

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Shifts:
  • 09:00 to 17:00
  • 10:00 to 18:00
  • 11:00 to 19:00
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 1560/month (paid over 14 months).
• 14 Salaries Breakdown:
  • 12 regular monthly salaries.
  • 1 salary bonus for Easter, and 1 bonus split between Summer and Christmas.

  • Performance Bonus: Based on KPIs (details provided during the interview).
  • Paid Leaves: 25 days annual leave.
  • Meal Voucher: 50 meal voucher per month for all employees.

Hybrid Work Model & Relocation Details

1. For Candidates Already in Greece:
   • No standard relocation package is provided.
   • Case-specific assistance may be offered upon request.
2. For Candidates Relocating from Abroad:
   • Must relocate to Athens 7 days prior to the start date to complete hiring documents.
   • Requires working from the office for the first 3 months (except for those with a valid residence and a confirmed internet connection in Athens).

   Support Provided for Relocation:

   • Up to 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office.
   • Up to 300 airfare reimbursement (paid with 1st paycheck).
   • Legal Support: Assistance with collecting and submitting hiring documents.

   NOT Included:

   • Flight tickets (only partial reimbursement up to 300).
   • Airport pick-up.
   • Transportation from the airport to the hotel.

Key Job Requirements

• Languages: Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Work Authorization: Candidates must provide their own legal documentation to work in Greece.
• Flexibility: Ability to work hybrid and adhere to the 3-month on-site requirement (if relocating).
