German speakers Relocating to Athens Sofia (Bulgaria)

Customer Service Representative (German & English) On-Site, Sofia

Shifts Available: MondaySunday (choose from):

• 10:00 am 7:00 pm
• 12:00 pm 9:00 pm (late)
• 5:00 pm 2:00 am (night shift)
• Part-time options available

Position Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

Training: 2 weeks standard hours + 1 week nesting (5:00 pm 1:00 am). Additional transport and payment for night hours included.

Compensation:

• Sign-on Bonus: 2000 BGN gross for successful German speakers joining on 10 March or 14 April 2025
• Base salary: 3800 BGN gross (main tasks: 95% email & chat support)
• Allowances: 50 BGN/month net for transportation/internet
• Night work: Additional pay as per company policy
• Life Event Bonuses: 500 BGN for marriage, birth/adoption, or graduation

Eligibility:

• Students welcome (with adapted training/nesting schedules)
• Documents accepted: Residency card (valid >1 year), EU citizenship, or refugee card

Relocation Support:

• Travel reimbursement up to 490 BGN after 6 months (with relevant documents)
• Optional salary advance (1056 BGN net) on request
• Hotel stay booking support (conditions apply)
