About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Professional with fluent German and English language skills to join our dynamic team in Sofia. This position primarily focuses on email and chat support (95% of interactions), offering an excellent opportunity to work in an international environment.

Location & Workplace

  • City: Sofia, Bulgaria
  • Work Model: On-site
  • Office Location: Central Sofia business district

Schedule & Working Hours

  • Working days: Monday to Sunday (rotating schedule)
  • Shift hours: Between 10:00 AM and 2:00 AM
  • 40-hour work week
  • Rotating shifts with balanced distribution

Comprehensive Training

Compensation Package

  • Gross Monthly Salary: 3,800 BGN
