About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Professional with fluent German and English language skills to join our dynamic team in Sofia. This position primarily focuses on email and chat support (95% of interactions), offering an excellent opportunity to work in an international environment.
Location & Workplace
- City: Sofia, Bulgaria
- Work Model: On-site
- Office Location: Central Sofia business district
Schedule & Working Hours
- Working days: Monday to Sunday (rotating schedule)
- Shift hours: Between 10:00 AM and 2:00 AM
- 40-hour work week
- Rotating shifts with balanced distribution
Comprehensive Training
- 2 weeks of intensive initial training

Compensation Package
- Gross Monthly Salary: 3,800 BGN
