  • Monthly Base: 895

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (including bank holidays)
  • Shift Hours: 07:30 - 20:00 (Rotational)
  • Days Off: Weekends guaranteed

Key Requirements:

  • French language: Native/Near-native level
  • English: B2 level
  • Customer service orientation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels
  • Provide real-time support

Contract Details:

  • Fixed-term contract (CDD): 6 months
  • On-site position in Lisbon
