Shift Schedule: Monday Sunday, 08:00 AM 11:00 PM (Flexible shifts available)
Salary: 1,380 gross monthly (14 payments per year)
Bonus: 8% performance-based bonus

About the Role:
Are you passionate about travel and fluent in German? Join our team as a Travel Agent, where youll assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while providing exceptional service to our German-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel restrictions, and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Encourage upselling of additional travel services and products.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: C2 level proficiency in German; strong command of English is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.

• Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
