Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support:

    • Provide exceptional pre-sales, technical, and general support to customers in Norwegian via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
    • Handle customer concerns professionally and align communication with the company's tone and voice across private (email/phone/chat) and public (social media/forums) channels.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:

    • Address and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently while enhancing customer satisfaction.
    • Provide comprehensive product information and solutions to ensure clients maximize their experience.
  • Documentation & Collaboration:

    • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions to ensure quality service and continuity.
    • Work closely with team leads and escalate cases when advanced troubleshooting is required.

Who Were Looking For

  • Languages:

    • Native-level Norwegian (written and spoken).
    • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Experience:

    • Previous experience in customer service or technical troubleshooting is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Prior experience using digital communication tools is an advantage.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive queries in a fast-paced environment.
    • A proactive, customer-first attitude to create positive outcomes for users.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: 1,500 gross per month (paid over 14 months).
  • Performance Bonus: 120/year (paid monthly).
  • Meal Allowance: 7.23/day (net), tax-free, loaded on a prepaid meal card (~159/month for 22 working days).
  • Relocation Package:
    • Flight reimbursement after 6 months of employment.
    • Option for subsidized shared accommodation at 280/month (deducted directly from salary).
  • Health Insurance: Provided after 6 months of employment.

Total Package: Approx. 22,440 gross annually (includes bonus, meal allowance, and salary).

Working Environment

  • Schedule:

    • Standard hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
    • Rotational schedules may apply based on business needs.
  • Location:

    • Based at the Oriente Office in Lisbon. Work is on-site, with potential remote work options after the onboarding period, subject to performance.

Training and Development

  • Comprehensive Training Program:
    • Duration: 20 working days (fully paid).
    • Covers essential tools, systems, and customer service protocols.
    • Aimed at integrating you into the team and ensuring success in the role.

Contract Details

  • Type of Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (6 months), with the potential for transition into a permanent role based on performance.
  • Trial Period: 1 month.
