ustomer Support Representative - German Speaking Manatal - Athens, Greece

Location Options:

• Hybrid (Athens Office)
• Full Remote (within Greece)

Compensation:

• Hybrid: 1,300 gross/month
• Remote: 1,200 gross/month
• Performance bonus up to 15%
• 500 anniversary bonus
• Meal allowance (3-6/day)

Key Requirements:

• Fluent German & English
• Customer service experience

Main Responsibilities:

• Multi-channel customer support
• Query resolution
• Account management
• Documentation handling
• Performance target achievement

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-20:00
