Sales Representative - Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative specializing in Customer Success Account Management to join our Athens team. This role requires fluency in both German and English to serve our diverse client base.

Schedule & Working Hours

• Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm
• Shift Options:
  • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 1,760 × 14 payments annually
• Salary Structure: 14 salaries total (12 monthly + Easter bonus + Summer/Christmas bonus)
• Performance Bonus: Available based on performance metrics
• Annual Leave: 25 days per year
• Meal Allowance: 50 meal voucher per month
• Insurance: Private Health & Life Insurance included

Work Arrangement

• Initial Period: On-site work required
• Hybrid Opportunity: Available after 9 weeks, subject to performance evaluation
• Relocated employees must work on-site for minimum 3 months

Relocation Support (For International Candidates)

Included:

• 3 weeks hotel accommodation near the office
• Up to 300 relocation support (first payment)
• Legal support with hiring documentation
• Candidates must arrive in Athens 7 days before start date

Not Included:

• Flight tickets (reimbursement up to 300 with first payment)
• Airport pickup service
• Airport to hotel transportation
• Real estate agency assistance after initial 3-week accommodation

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English
• Sales and customer success experience preferred
• Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece
• Must provide all required hiring documents
• For relocated candidates: Must have confirmed internet connection if working hybrid

Important Notes

• Greek-based candidates: No standard relocation package (case-by-case assistance may be available)
• No remote work possibility for Greece-based candidates initially
• Exception for hybrid work: Candidates who already own property in Greece with confirmed internet
