Work Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday
• Flexible shifts available:
  • 10:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.
  • Late shift: 12:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m.
  • Night shift: 5:00 p.m. 2:00 a.m.
  • Part-Time positions also available.

Training:

• Duration: 2 weeks of training (standard working hours) + 1 week of nesting (5:00 p.m. 1:00 a.m. night shift).
• Transport allowance and additional payment included for night hours worked during nesting.

Salary & Bonus:

• Base salary: 3800 BGN gross (primarily email and chat support 95%).
• Sign-on bonus: 2000 BGN gross for all successful German hires who join the project on 10th March or 14th April 2025.

Job Summary:

We are seeking driven and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Specialists. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries primarily through email and chat in German and English, ensuring top-notch service. Whether youre a full-timer, part-timer, or a student, we have flexible shifts to suit your needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently via email and chat (95%).
• Resolve issues, provide solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex cases.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German (C1-C2 level) and English (professional level).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights if required.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
