Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday: 06:00 21:00 (rotative shifts)
  • Days off: 2 rotative days

Salary Package:

  • Base Salary: 1,100 gross/month (paid over 14 months)
  • Performance Bonus: 50 per month
  • Welcome Bonus for German Market: 3,000 for all Business & Market (onsite) joiners by end of May 2025.
  • Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day
  • Transport Allowance: Not provided

Relocation Package:

For Candidates Relocating from Outside Portugal:

  • Shared Accommodation:
    • Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months at a discounted rent of 280 (including utilities, deducted from your payslip).
  • Airfare Reimbursement:
    • Up to 400 (Economy class), reimbursed at the end of the 6th month of contract.
  • Temporary Accommodation:
    • Hotel room provided for 28 days upon arrival (depending on the project).

For Candidates Relocating from Inside Portugal:

  • Accommodation:
    • Not provided unless you are currently staying in competitor-provided accommodations.
  • Travel Costs Reimbursement:
    • Up to 150 (Economy class), reimbursed after 180 days of contract.
  • Temporary Accommodation:
    • Hotel room provided for 15 days upon transfer (depending on the project).

Additional Benefits:

  • Housing Relocation Package: Available for all CNX Porto projects (similar to CNX Lisbon).
  • EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or Visas (under consultation) are accepted.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Porto and deliver exceptional support for POS System Solutions. You will handle customer inquiries efficiently in German, ensuring customer satisfaction while working within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot POS system issues and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (C1-C2); English knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible and rotative shifts as outlined in the schedule.
  • Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate or live in/around Porto.
