Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead your team to achieve business and performance targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date sales forecasting and CRM data.
- Remove roadblocks and assist your team to resolve challenges and close opportunities.
- Analyze data and customer experience trends to build strategic sales plans for designated clients/territories.
- Stay updated on industry and market developments; communicate relevant trends to your team.
- Act as an escalation point for client issues and respond promptly.
- Maintain excellent communication with Sales Directors and clients to strengthen partnerships.
- Ensure your team understands and achieves all operating, sales, and performance targets.
- Coordinate team incentives and manage Sales Performance Incentive Funds.
- Build and nurture business relationships to ensure customer expectations are met.
Requirements
- Bilingual/proficient in English and Dutch.
- 5+ years proven sales experience.
- Passionate about customer experience and team results.
- Operations/strategy-building experience.
- Strong coaching track record.
- Proven success developing and retaining employees.
- Skilled at revenue maximization and best practices.
- CRM experience (Salesforce.com or similar).
- Skilled problem solver and solutions-driven manager.
