Core Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer questions
Process and document all customer interactions
Resolve customer complaints and issues
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Meet quality and performance metrics
Update customer information in CRM systems
Follow up on pending customer issue
