About the Role

Were seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. Youll be responsible for providing excellent customer support while working in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Details

Location: Lisbon, Portugal Contract: 6-month fixed-term (CDD) Start Date: January 30, 2025

Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 8 PM (Rotational shifts)
• Weekends: 8 AM - 5 PM
• 2 rotating days off per week

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 895 (14 months)
• Performance Bonus: 95 (12 months)
• Complexity Bonus: 120 (12 months)

Main Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in French
• Provide solutions to customer needs
• Maintain high service standards
• Document customer interactions
• Meet service quality targets

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English
• Customer service orientation
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in shifts
• Available to work in Lisbon
