About the Role We are seeking dedicated Czech-speaking professionals to join our international customer service team. This remote position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a global organization while providing exceptional customer support.
Position Details
- Location: Remote (Braga, Portugal based)
- Contract: Permanent (3 months trial period)
- Start Date: January 30, 2025
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday - 24/7 (Rotative Shifts)
- Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: 890 (paid over 14 months)
- Christmas Bonus: 80 (paid over 12 months)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels
- Provide product information and technical support
- Process and document customer interactions
