About the Role We are seeking dedicated Czech-speaking professionals to join our international customer service team. This remote position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a global organization while providing exceptional customer support.

Position Details

  • Location: Remote (Braga, Portugal based)
  • Contract: Permanent (3 months trial period)
  • Start Date: January 30, 2025
  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday - 24/7 (Rotative Shifts)
  • Days Off: 2 rotating days per week

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: 890 (paid over 14 months)
  • Christmas Bonus: 80 (paid over 12 months)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels
