About the Role Join our dynamic team in beautiful Lisbon as a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative! Were seeking enthusiastic professionals to provide exceptional customer support in a multicultural environment.

Position Details

  • Location: Lisbon, Portugal
  • Contract: 6-month fixed-term (CDD)
  • Start Date: February 13, 2025
  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
  • Hours: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (Portuguese time)
  • Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotating weekday

Competitive Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: 1,100 (paid over 14 months)
  • Christmas Bonus: 100 (paid over 12 months)
  • Holiday Allowance: 100 (paid over 12 months)
  • Daily Meal Allowance: 7.23 (net)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide product information and technical support
  • Process and document customer interactions

Required Qualifications

  • Native or near-native Dutch language skills
  • Professional English proficiency (B2 minimum)
