Position: Booking - TBU Project Specialist

Location: Athens, Greece

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Work Type:

On-site in Athens.

Remote: Available if requested and approved at least two weeks prior.

Salary: 1,380/month x 14 payments per year.

Key Responsibilities:

Support customers in German and English for the TBU Project.

Handle booking inquiries professionally via phone, email, or chat.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate solutions.

Maintain clear communication with the internal team regarding updates or issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Fluency in German (native or near-native level) and English (proficient).

Prior customer support experience preferred, especially in booking-related services.

Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
