About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Dutch Customer Service Advisor to join our team based in Lisbon. You will play a key role in assisting users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support issues. This role requires adaptability in handling multiple communication channels while maintaining excellent service quality and embodying the brands voice.

Responsibilities

  • Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging platforms.
  • Adapt the brands voice and tone for interactions across private and public communication channels (e.g., forums, e-commerce reviews).
  • Handle escalations by documenting issues and cases, escalating to higher support tiers as defined when needed.
  • Respond to inbound customer requests professionally, focusing on providing effective solutions and quality service.

Profile Requirements

  • Language Skills:
    • Native-level Dutch proficiency.
    • Advanced English (B2 level).
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus.
    • Background in customer service via voice/email/chat is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a service-oriented environment.
    • Adaptability to changing tasks and systems.

Compensation and Benefits

Total Gross Monthly Package: 1,463.36

  • Base Salary: 1,100 (paid over 14 months 15,400/year).
  • Performance Bonus: 10/month (120 annually).
  • Complexity Bonus: 11.25/month (135 annually).
  • Meal Allowance: 159.06 (7.23/day for 22 working days, tax-free).

  • Relocation Package:
    • Flight ticket reimbursement after 6 months of employment.
    • Assistance in renting a room in a company-provided apartment for 280/month (deducted from paycheck).
    • Fully furnished apartments include utilities like Wi-Fi, electricity, and water.
  • Health Insurance: Provided after 6 months of employment.
  • Holiday & Christmas Bonuses: Equal to one months base salary each, paid in 12 monthly installments.

Working Conditions

  • Schedule: 40 hours per week (5 shifts per week), with 2 rotational days off:
    • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM.
    • Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
  • Workplace: On-site at the Orient office in Lisbon, with potential remote work options after evaluation.

Training

Comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed in your role:

  • Duration: 20 working days.
  • Topics Include:
    • Brand/product knowledge.
    • Technical troubleshooting processes.
    • Communication protocol for private and public interactions.
